The 29 Days Later festivities kick off tomorrow! Screening Group A will show their films on Thursday, Sept. 10 and Screening Group B happens on Friday, Sept. 11, both at the Creative Alliance in Baltimore. This year’s premieres from talented local filmmakers are mug-tacular – the required prop was a writeable mug! They include movies about a sasquatch, western time travel, a black jeans fetish, a Fells Point doc, a coffee shop romance, a crazy fan, an evil mug, retired twin showgirls, anime conventions, working for the man, misunderstood customers, a rebuilt cop, a cicada saga, a boy’s journey, elitist teens, a news report gone wrong, a love letter, a hot dog in search of love, a botched burglary attempt and a music video premiere!
Past shows have sold out, so don’t delay! Filmmakers, please help us spread the word and let’s pack the Creative Alliance! Doors open at 7 pm and the movie magic begins at 7:30 pm. Tickets are ADV: $10 general public, $7 Creative Alliance members. DOOR: $12, $9 mbrs.
